What is Parks and Recreation Management?

Work dedicated to the ongoing development and preservation of lands and leisure areas is a special calling that gives graduates the opportunity to serve the greater good while earning a living in the great outdoors!
Graduates are well prepared to handle responsibilities that will most likely include communications, construction, event planning, personnel supervision, contract negotiation and choosing vendors. A master's in Parks and Recreation Management (PRM) includes courses in law, resource management, recreation, facilities management and land use planning.
